I wish I had read the reviews before I dropped my bike off for a tune up. I was called on Friday 2-13-26, and told it was finished. I was told the price was $185. I picked it up 2-14-26, next to nothing was done. I waited in the store an hour, and at least the chain was cleaned! When I checked out, the price suddenly was $213, with no explanation about the difference. Poor customer service, at least I was able to warn a couple people about it when I left. They left too. I'll never go back.

Popped a spoke on a recently tuned up bike. Out of state ride scheduled the following weekend and many shops were full up for service. I called Hans and he was polite, courteous and told me to bring my bike in that day. Two days later, it was ready for pickup. Good pricing as well and he called me on completion before the weekend. The owner of this bike shop is extremely unprofessional and rude! I had dropped off 2 bikes to get quotes on how much it would cost to fix them and they went ahead and fixed one of them without me saying to go ahead and expected me to pay $360 that wasn’t quoted to me first. HORRIBLE business practices. I drive out from Milwaukee to trailside to support small businesses. I dropped off a bike to get repaired prior to our family camping trip. I had a very disappointing experience with this service provider. They charged me $136 for what they claimed was a 6-hour repair for a flat tire on an E-scooter, without providing any upfront estimate or informing us that the repair would take that long. 6 hrs for a flat Tyre repair shows their lack of skills in repairing E scoters.
