Brought my bike in for a new gear cable yesterday. Jeff took care of it right away! I learned a lot about e-bikes, which he patiently told me about. Very reasonable price for replacement too. Drove from a neighboring state after seeing a carbon fiber Kona at a great price. After a short ride realized it wasn't the right bike for me. Jeff was amazing at making it right and helping me select a new bike for my gravel rides!
