Absolutely loved the experience with Emerys they were able to make my daughter's wish come true to be able to ride a bike for the very first time after 12 years. Their customer service was amazing. They made my daughter so happy by making an adaptive bike that is adapted to her cerebral palsy. After attempting to buy this bike bell from many bike shops who said they had it on their websites and did not, Emerys came through for me! Brent, the owner, is very knowledgeable about bikes and adaptations for special needs individuals. My only disappointments was the fact that only 2 type of bikes were offered to me to choose between for my son. Second, I had to call them frequently to get updates and provide updates when CLTS approved the bike. I wished they were more communicative and proactive during this process.

Many years ago, I went in Emery's looking for a part or accessory for my bicycle. The owner told us that he would be more interested if we were buying a new bike. I have not set foot in this store since. The story gets retold occasionally when we pass the store. BTW, I am still riding my 1999 Trek 7300. It's on its 3 drive chain.

I got a great deal on my bike at Emery's. The staff was great and not pushy. If you are looking for a bike in Milwaukee this store is a great place to visit.
