The team at Playtri was very patient, exceptionally knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I recently purchased a new triathlon bike and they gave me plenty of time to try different bikes, inform me of the products, and ultimately make my decision on the best fit. I would highly recommend!

I was looking for a new bike and they made the experience fantastic. Found a bike in my price point with the upgrades I was looking for and got me on the trainer to make sure it was the right size for me. Thought about it for a night, came back the next day and they went above and beyond in getting me on my bike and out the door. Great knowledge and so easy to work with.

The guys and gal were very knowledgeable and helped me get fitted on my new to me bike. They were understanding of my current budget, and worked with me. I'll be back for more bike accessories in the spring!

New to the triathlon world, my friend Amy C. drove me all the way from Dubuque to get our bikes serviced, and I was absolutely wowed. Not only does the bike look and ride incredible now, but Richard also took the time to teach me how to change a tire and handle basic maintenance in case I’m ever stuck on the side of the road. It’s those little things that truly set a store apart. Your place is special, and I’ll definitely be back!

Great service, great set up on the bike. Felt IA105. Drove in from Wausau after calling during a busy time for them and everything went as smoothly as hoped. Nice folks.
