Trailside Recreation is fantastic! They did an amazing job working on my E-bike, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Sam was the person I worked with, and he was super helpful—patiently answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. Sam is a wonderful person. I had a flat on an e-bike not purchased from trailside. Sam was on it right away, looking it over and gave me a recommendation for a tire insert that would help with puncture resistance. When I picked the bike up he explained that there were some parts on the axle that were damaged that he fixed also. Blake and Sam are lifesavers. I cycled up from Milwaukee and was in desperate need for a rear rim to get back. I stopped in just before closing and was taken care of immediately. Edit 10/12/25: Sam continues to provide incredible service and expertise. Helped set up my 6 year old son with his first bike with gears.
