Wheel & Sprocket

We are so thrilled with our recent experience at Wheel and Sprocket. My 12 yo son needed a new bike and was in between sizes and the Jesse and the other gentleman (can’t remember his name) were helpful and patient. They let us put a bike on hold until we were ready to purchase. I would highly recommend this store! Great service and great bikes.

Super happy with the staff. I had no idea what I was doing and Paul was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He went above and beyond to make this transaction easy and comfortable. I will definitely be a repeat customer and would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bike.

Dropped my bike off I started to build this winter, for various setup and part installs to get it road ready. I was told they would get it back to me in a little over a week due to large backlog with changing weather. Received a text that bike was ready for pickup just 4 days later, and I am ready for the road!! Thanks to Jerry and Mark for getting this thing ready for me (And convincing me to let the professionals handle the finish work). Best shop around!

I found this perfect ebike online through Trek at a really good price and was going to pay the extra to have it put together and then I happened to be staying near this store and called and Mike was like, you can buy this for same price here and we put it together without extra charge. Mike and Jesse worked hard to get it to me quickly as I was going out of town. I really appreciate what they did and would highly recommend this store!
