Walked into the bike shop service center at Wheel & Sprocket & received the best professional customer service from Forrest. His knowledge with fixing a faulty peddle was outstanding. He even tightened the disc brakes for my son’s bike. Forrest was Super professional & extremely knowledgeable with the explanation of a peddle! I recommend anyone who has a bike issue. Take it to Wheel & Sprocket & you will not be disappointed with the outcome!

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for some minor service on my Trek bike never expecting that if I had a few minutes they’d get me “all taken care of in a few minutes“! Forrest Smith asked me a few questions about how I use the bike (inside training) and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Oh, and did I mention how friendly everyone was. Great service! Before buying my bike, Jordan and team were helpful on the phone, held my Trek SL 5 for me while I was able to get to the store a couple weeks later, and had everything ready and waiting. They were helpful and knowledgeable. Also, in the midst of COVID, they're one of the few businesses I've seen going above and beyond in looking out for the health and wellbeing of their employees and customers. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have just picked up a recumbent trike from W&S/Delafield after service on its internal rear hub. The work was completed properly. There was somewhat of a communication breakdown regarding the scheduling and pickup, which was disappointing.
