My husband has made purchases and had interactions with the team at south shore, in the past. I called about an e-bike issue I had (I didn't even buy the bike there AND it was a Walmart bike and they didn't judge me for that, lol). They were experienced, helpful and incredibly detailed. Highly recommend.

Hooked me up with a box at the end of a long ride. Could see they know what they are doing and have a large selection of all types of bikes including BMX and wide selection of tools. Everyone in the shop was very approachable and knowledgeable, and helpful even though I probably smelled like a wet possum. If I lived here I’d buy one bike a month from until my death. Recommend.

Been going here for a few years, and they are always helpful and knowledgeable every time, especially with repairs or any fixes I need done on my bikes. I haven't bought a bike from them, but I will definitely them a shot when I do in the next few years.

Top notch cycling shop. Always great customer service and they have anything you need to keep your bike safe and on the road. Repairs are done in a timely manner. Really good selection of new/used bikes and the bike museum is really fun. It’s really great having a pro shop of this quality in Cudahy.

Easy website to negotiate and very personal service! The extra large bike wasn't listed on the website so when I got there, they asked me if I would like a bigger bike. The bike was in great shape. Very convenient and close to the bike path. I definitely would recommend South Shore Cyclery.
