Got a flat on the Oak Leaf Trail and Phillip stopped by to help me. I was unprepared and didn't have any spare tubes or air like I should have but he gave me a tube and air canister to get me rolling. Phillip let me know that he works at the Brookfield Wheel and Sprocket. With the great generosity and conversation that I got that day, it's absolutely a strong reflection on the people that work at this location. I'd trust these folks if I needed bike advice.

OMG-I stopped in to see if you guys had a part for my Quintana Roo. Chris knew it wasn't a stock part so he looked it up and told me it would be easier/quicker for me to order it myself.
