Truly a gem of a shop. Zach took the time to find the right bike for my wife and I, even staying a bit past closing to ensure we were confident in the bikes we chose. Gave us a great deal too! Zach is very easy to talk to; responds really quickly with any questions you may have and you can tell he is passionate about MTB. He dialed in my IBIS to my exact specs. Stumbled across this gem of a bike shop after the previous Milwaukee-area shop I was trying to purchase my dream mountain bike through abruptly stopped returning my calls (after regaling me with horror stories of a 6-month wait to get it in late 2020, not to mention offering no test rides). This is a fantastic local bike shop with an owner who knows the area and the bikes he sells well! I bought an Ibis Ripley AF here with plans to fly with it back home to the east coast, and Zach packed it very securely (even with extra cardboard panels on the sides). You’ll also notice the little things he does for customers, like the free heat-shrink tubing he had done for my new bike’s brake and shifter cables. I would certainly shop here again when I’m in the area!
