His demeanor has led me to go back and back, for some service in a fixed gear build I completed, buying some clipless shoes and pedals....awesome shop.....my kinda vibe. June 18th, 2012. Never would you believe i would be writing a review for a place 13 years after making my initial purchase! I can not tell you enough how impressed I am with their customer service and record retention. The bike that I bought way back in 2012 was recently stolen on Thanksgiving. Freaking out I naturally called them to see if they could provide the serial number for the bike so I could file a police report. Earls sells treadmills? I didn't find that out until my kids each bought one from elsewhere and had a multitude of issues with the exact same product. Earl's was the same price and way cheaper to deliver and setup plus they service them too. Joe talked us out of a more expensive model for our use and was great to deal with.
