We stopped by on a road trip and felt right at home, thank you! Knowledgeable, kind, and creative, Candace and James are the best! I wasn't sure exactly how to configure my setup....they gave great feedback and provided beautiful, functional, ethically made gear. The sturdy Fifth Season Squall sack carries the whole day's adventures, snapping into the Wald basket like a reliable friend. The Kinnickinnick sack is handy for snacks, tools, and perovskya. The saddlecover cinches well, protect...
Ordered a crankset online. Did it come right away? Not really, but it did arrive. When I had a question, did they respond right away? Not immediately, but they did respond with real answers and honest updates. There isn’t a ‘customer service response center’—it’s actually them on the other end, the people who work at the bike shop—and it’s not like Jeff Bezos is going to personally answer your email if your Prime order gets delayed. Analog Cycles is a lifesaver! I stopped in to get my dynamo lights set up just a few days before bikepacking the Great Divide. I didn't give much notice but James was still able to fit me in and get my bike all ready to go. He not only installed the lights but also took the time to help me with my bike fit and several other trip-specific needs. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel very supported and taken care of! If you're interested in bikepacking, I h...
James and Candace take the idea of a bike shop to a whole new level - from the minute you talk to them, you feel like family. Extremely knowledgeable, willing to work through my millions of (probably stupid) questions, and then even took me for a ride afterwards. I wish there were a way to recommend them more - truly the best bike shop experience I've ever had, every time I go there.
The Tanglefoot Hardtack is one of those bikes that does what it's supposed to so well that it makes you question your other bikes. I stopped in Analog just satisfy my curiosity about what I had seen/read on the interwebs about their bikes and components. I didn't want to buy another bike. But after taking the Hardtack out for one ride, it haunted me so much I bought it and wound up selling some other bikes. If you want a bike that handles all kinds of roads, from smooth to mangled garbage, co...
