I want to thank Cyclewise, Triumph of Vermont, for the excellent service I have received, I live in Miami, FL, I was taking a trip on my motorcycle in which I had an incident with my motorcycle, when I searched the Internet I found that the authorized Triumph dealer The closest was Cyclewise, I called them and they immediately assisted me very kindly, they transferred me to Matt in the Service department, as soon as Matt heard what was happening to me, he coordinated a Tow Truck to go pick me...

Harley owner and was on my way out of state when my battery died. I didn’t know the area but saw they were the closest shop. They came within 20 min and had me on the road within 30. Super awesome place and crew!

Drove up from Albany today (2.30 hrs drive) to take a look at a couple of used bikes advertised on their site. Sure, it was raining, so I wasn’t exactly holding my breath for a test drive. But I also wasn’t prepared to be told the bikes were stashed in a barn and—get this—they didn’t feel like pulling them out because, and I quote, “we wouldn’t want them to get wet.” You know, those rugged machines built for the open road… apparently allergic to moisture. Horrible customer service!

They're super friendly and man do they know their stuff. The girl at the gear counter (sorry terrible with names) was super informed and very helpful our saleman John was great to deal with very patient and knowledgeable. The entire process was a breeze. My son got his first bike and I got a bike I've been dreaming of for years. 10 stars if I could. I will be coming back

This place is almost too friendly. I’ve been in multiple times, mostly kicking tires cause I have BMW ride and gear and they still give me 100% attention. Opposite of Roadside in Williston. Cayden was especially helpful, enough so that Im buying a Arai $$$ from them. Possibly pants.
