Ive had Ben work on both of my bikes. From maintenance, repairs, and major component upgrades. He is very knowledgeable and his work is always excellent!

This past fall I brought my old Cannondale F400 hardtail in, and after some discussion and recommendations from Ben the bike was riding better than it did when I first bought it close to twenty years ago. He put new pedals on it, adjusted all the cables, and changed it from a 14 speed to a 9 speed for me. Ben does great work and is very knowledgeable about all types of riding!

I'm an old bike enthusiast who is in a position to evaluate the knowledge and capabilities of a mechanic. I have only had one minor repair so far, but the work was prompt and professional. Ben went out of his way to help make sure my road bike was ready for my first Ironman triathlon, made recommendations for a saddle that worked out great, and even pointed me to some info that helped me calculate ideal tire pressure. It's great to have a real bike repair shop like this in the area.
