Amazing selection from heavily used to brand new. They had a lot of new gear and new designs too. Loved that VT charm as simple as stickers everywhere with that granola charm.

Amazing selection and friendly staff. I shipped my bike there and they assembled it for my bike ride, which cost $100. They put my rear rack on backwards and at an unusable angle, however, so I had to return to fix it myself. I wish I would have caught it during pick up to save myself time returning!

I have bought several pieces of hiking and skiing gear and not only are the prices pretty good, but the staff is super helpful. If they're busy it can take a little while (10-20 min) to find a staff member who can help you but once you do, they'll make sure you find what you're looking for. Also the basement with second hand gear is amazing

I visited Outdoor Gear Exchange today to get my bike repaired, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish.
