We tried to rent bikes from these guys and they told us we could only do it online even though we were standing in the store with them. Our phones didn't have good service so we asked for the wifi but they said they didn't give out the password and we needed to go elsewhere for internet. Went in to buy new grips and a fork fender. The fender turned out not to fit (Lyrik '22 vs. '23), they happily exchanged it for a zip-tie fender no problem. The shop has a deeper MTB components inventory than I've seen anywhere else. This is the place to go if you need new brake pads or a cassette, not online!! Employees are really knowledgeable.

Incredible range of rentals at fair prices. Awesome to see shops carrying womens line of bikes! Their staff were also super responsive at getting you setup. The trails are rideable right from the shop (it’s a 300ft elevation gain up the hill, but who’s counting?) making it a perfect spot to hunker down at. The river is located to the left of the parking lot, perfect for an apres ride swim to relax with.
