The staff was very friendly. I was looking for cycling shoes and they had some on sale on the table. I got my foot measured and found a nice pair of shoes. The shoes felt great on my feet. I was out of town and needed to get my tubeless tire fixed and brought it into the store late in friday afternoon. Ash was fantastic! I am sure he had a long week/day and was looking forward to getting home but he took the time to fix my tire and was joyful about doing the work! I live in Fairfax but will be back to the Trek store in Williamsburg.

TBW is a tip-top bike shop! Extremely friendly, blazingly quick, and reasonably priced. It consistently has earned my repeat business for years. For example, last weekend the staff readily fixed my tire while I waited just for minutes. Kudos!
