Trek Bicycle Springfield

Great service and experience at Trek Springfield. I purchased a 2026 Marlin mountain bike and was happy with the representatives knowledge and appreciate the time spent with me to answer my questions and help me decide which bike was right for me. I also like that the store services other makes. Trek Springfield prepared our road bikes (both Cannondales) for the spring season last year.

Jay and the expert crew at Trek Springfield provided professional insight and helped me find the right bike for my personal needs that was inside my budget. Really helpful, and even let me test out one of their bikes around the neighborhood to make sure I was confident in my choice. Very pleased with the team, service, and my purchase.

I was having a heck of a time replacing the tube in the back tire of my bike. I brought the tire in and Drew was so helpful. He showed me how to replace the tube and all the tricks to make sure it doesn’t pop and is inflated properly. The staff at the store are really wonderful. I highly recommend going here for service. We have also been in three times talking to the staff about E bikes. That’s our next purchase.

Great experience. First time buying something other than a Walmart bike, so was a little unsure, but Jay gave me great advice on selecting a bike model, equipping it for how I was going to use it, and installing everything I needed. He even gave me a crash course on bike maintenance and breaking in process. This will be my bike shop for as long as I’m here!

Highly recommend especially if you have a Trek bike. Nthe customer service was excellent. They were patient and kind and I learned a ton about the bike I brought in. Also my bike looked brand new after they serviced it.
