Tim at Freedom was great to work with! Brought my tri bike in for new tires. He provided 3 different options based on price and durability. It took less than a week to get those in and get my bike back. He even put hot pink stems on to match the colors on my bike. Can’t wait to get back on knowing I’ve got a local shop that takes pride in their work and stands behind it.

Freedom Bike Shop is fantastic! I had my bike converted from a 3-gear front setup to a 1x front gear setup, plus new tires installed and a full tune-up — and it turned out great. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Tim was great to work with — knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything was dialed in perfectly. Highly recommend!

This is 100% factual and any response by the company/owner stating other wise is a lie. Bought a bike here a year ago and if I would have known what the customer service was like, I wouldn't have.
