Trek Bicycle Vienna

Look, I get that sometimes products aren't available and discontinued, but the crew at Trek Vienna is like the gang that can't shoot straight; a store full of Stooges. On two occasions, they ordered the wrong cleats for my pedals. They assured me, on the third attempt, that they ordered Look-branded KEO non-grip 0-degree cleats. I purchased my mountain bike from Spokes. I purchased Specialized Rockhopper, for a good price. When I walked in, I was greeted by the staff, and when I told them I was here to buy a bike, staff member helped me out throughout the entire transaction. He was very knowledgeable about bikes and everything in the shop. The shop has variety of bikes, street bikes, to mountain and track bikes, the shop also has every gadget that goes with bikes…etc…. Great location for the store, only a block away from the W&OD trail meaning it is an ideal location for a test ride which the store offers. The staff was very helpful from the moment I walked in asking questions and making recommendations for me. The line up of bikes themselves were high quality and the one I took on the trail was a very enjoyable rider focused experience. If your in the market for a new high quality bike highly recommend visiting this store.

It was super easy to have my bike serviced. The tech made sure I was getting the best service to get my bike up and running after 4 years of not being used. Very reasonable prices and fast service

I just got my bike back from an annual cleaning and I almost don’t want to ride it because of how beautiful it looks. I refuse to go anywhere else.
