bought the new stumpjumper 15 evo, excellent bike shop, real nice setup and staff, def not the baby boomer generation bike shop model that others less stelar shops cling to, no attitude, crazy looks, assumptions that a customer never seen before must be a bike thief and needs to get IDed and credit carded to test a bike, excellent service and ability to finance a bike on the spot sure came in handy. thx. Aidan and unknown name mechanic handled a smooth transaction.
Drove over 2 hours from New Jersey to purchase an Ibis Ripley AF. Could not have been more enthused with the reception from the employees when I arrived. I had prepaid for most of the bike and paid the balance when I got there. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Helped me get my seat height and suspension adjusted for my weight. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I ended up purchasing a new Levo model from them and they have been extremely responsive to my requests. Aden, the store manager is quick to resolve any bike issue or answer questions. I know there are a lot of good shops in the area but this group has earned my trust and is my bike shop of choice. Give them chance to win you over if you haven’t been there.
The mechanics here have worked on three of my bikes, including assembling one from the frame up (a Lynskey). I’m very pleased with their work and highly recommend them. Be advised that a frame-build costs more than a standard assembly, but they did an excellent job.
Best bike shop in the area! Let me explain my very first interaction with these folks. Monday: Excitedly, I register for a race on that coming Wednesday ("Wednesdays at Wakefield" mountain bike race). Tuesday: I'm out on a routine ride, and my rear hub breaks.
