Amazing service at the Norfolk location. Thomas was extremely helpful with my new ride. I love it. I loved it so much I bought it sight unseen online. I was the first customer Thomas experienced who did that during his tenure. I found the perfect child bike seat to put on the back wrack and love that it sits low and tucked behind me. We really had an incredible experience purchasing our Velotric Nomad 2 e-bikes from E-Bike Alley. As this was a decent sized financial purchase, we took our time in deciding what we wanted. My husband and I and another couple rented e-bikes and had a great experience. From the 1st phone call to the fitting of bikes and helmets and instructions of how to ride, both Scott and Eddie were super helpful. We enjoyed the ride and ended up buying helmets because they were comfortable and blue tooth enabled. 5 Star service!

We had a amazing experience working with Eddie and Scott on getting our son an E bike.. They both were very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about all the products they offered. I would highly recommend going in and checking out what they have. Amy was also extremely helpful on delivering the E bike to our home overall a fantastic endeavor.

Great experience! Amy listened to us and raised great questions about our experience and the type of riding my wife and I would undertake. She then spent time educating us on the various brands and the features of their e-bikes and recommended ones to test ride. We test rode them and were very comfortable with her recommendations. In short, we were very pleased with the experience and have new e-bikes and associated equipment and are glad to recommend E-Bike Alley.
