Bikes Unlimited

First off, I will say that the employees are nice, and Bikes Unlimited rental services are great. With that said, I do not recommend Bikes Unlimited beyond their rental. I was looking for a bike and was given incorrect information from an employee that this bike would fit my needs. Long story short, I bought the bike for $1k+. It didn't work. Bikes Unlimited told me that all I needed to do was to replace the front crank and that would fix my problems. My bike sat in their shop for a month+....

Great bike shop! They have a good selection of new bikes, accessories, and tools for sale, and you can rent bikes from them. The employees are very nice, helpful, and always willing to give bike advice, including demonstrating how to work on your bike. I brought my mountain bike in and they adjusted my derailleur for free to get it shifting well again. Very knowledgeable and professional shop. John understood that I needed my Ebike soon and he went above and beyond to get it fixed properly and get it back to me in a timely manner. After my experience at Bikes unlimited, I won't take my bike to any other shops in the area. These guys are great at what they do!

Excellent experience! Great customer service. Rented a kids wagon for biking and got air in tires. A must-go for Downtown rentals if visiting Lynchburg!
