Took my Segway GT1 to replace both tires and brakes. The store was very clean and nice. Edwin was very helpful and respectful and professional. He knew all the details and started the repair the moment I left the store. Also picking up the scooter was very easy. My scooter was clean and repaired, charged. Excellent experience renting E-bikes with EBike Connections on 10/18/2025. We rented 4 E-Bikes and rode on the W&OD trail from Herndon/Reston to Leesburg and back, stopping an hour for lunch with a full day rental, a total of about 35 miles round trip. The bikes were in excellent condition, and the store employee took extra time and care to ensure we were comfortable with the bikes’ operation, including providing bike locks and adjusting seats as needed. Had an excellent experience with EBike Connections in Leesburg! I was total newbie to ebikes...I never even road one before. Cody was very patient and extremely knowledgeable...He understood my needs and hesitations a a 58yr old getting on EBike after many years of not riding at all. He did a great job of putting my e-bike together as well.

Great selection and fantastic customer service! Rob found a way to locate the specific bikes we wanted in time for an upcoming vacation. Then the team took the time to ensure that I fully understood all the features and capabilities of my new bike so that I could thoroughly enjoy our biking adventure. Highly recommend!

Beyond 5 stars for the Sena helmet and the service provided!! I bought Sena helmets online for a just in time delivery prior to a 4 day weekend retreat in the Shenandoah Mountains with the wife.
