This shop has some of the most down to earth people with exceptional service. Edwin, was such a big help especially since I am unfamiliar with E-bikes he helped me pick one out for my son and he is in LOVE with it. Would 10/10 visit back and recommend anyone who is interested in E-bikes to ask for Edwin!

We rented 4 ebikes for the day. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Edwin provided thorough instructions, adjusted our ebikes for fit and comfort, and had us test drive in the parking lot before getting on the trail. The ebikes rode splendidly, and I noted how well they are maintained. Turn in was easy and simple. I highly recommend Ebike Connections!

We bought our Pedego bikes 3 years ago at the Leesburg store when it was called Pedego Electric E-Bike. We were pleasantly surprised that Pedego expanded it's E-bike inventory and is now EBike Connections. In addition, they just opened a store in Herndon which is much closer to where I live.
