We are in town for the holidays and while exploring downtown decided to stop in to get my youngest (7) fitted for a proper back. Kevin was kind, knowledgeable and patient as he explained where he should be when it comes to getting a new bike. This type of customer service seems to be a dying breed in today's society so we appreciated it!

They were so helpful and patient, I almost felt bad for taking up so much of their time. Almost. If you're looking for a bike shop that treats you like a rockstar, even if you're a complete novice like me, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Enjoy working with everyone at the shop- I like to tour and bikepack, and they’ve helped me get my bikes and now, I’m making adjustments after my last tour around WV, an awesome new wheel set. Looking forward to heading back out this fall. Great to have people who I can talk nuts and bolts with while working out my setups. Thanks!

Mark was very knowledgeable. I'm on the sunset side in my age category and I wanted an electric bike that was light, safe and uncomplicated. Mark knew just what I wanted and steered me to 3 possible bikes. I like that you can test drive the bikes and get a feel before making this expensive purchase.
