Very new to riding and these guys have been so helpful answering questions I've had. I've brought them bikes and they have tuned them so quickly and accurately! Not to mention they have a awesome verity of high quality parts as well. Great bike shop.

The sales person completely blew it! He tried to get me to bring my bike in for service on something as simple as a bike handle bar bolt cap! A simple "No sir, we don't have it" or an honest answer like, "Sir, I'm sorry but our store policy only allows us to request you bring your bike in for repair items" would have been better than trying to inconvenience me and trick me into an unnecessary diagnostic fee or repair cost! Bought a Giant bike from them and picked it up today. The staff was awesome!!!! They are very knowledgeable and they gave me great advice on getting the bike setup for how I ride. They weren’t pushy selling extra stuff but the shop has a bunch of stuff in stock to upgrade! Could not be any happier with Bike Works in Fredericksburg!!!!
