Great customer service from everyone at Pedal! I went in knowing exactly what bike I wanted and although they didn’t have it in stock ready to take home that day, they had it available to be built. I made the purchase and they had it ready for me to pick up and ride the next business day.

Pedal! Bike shop is excellent! Walt did a great job during a bike refit - the second fit I have had with him in 2 years. Professional, friendly and clearly an expert in fitting bikes. The rest of the staff was friendly and professional as well! During my time there - I had the opportunity to observe the staff interact with other customers and each was friendly, courteous and professional.
