I can’t recommend Trek Bicycle Champions enough. It is rare to find a shop this trustworthy that truly puts the rider first. They never try to oversell you on gear you don’t need; instead, they provide honest advice and expert input that actually helps. The service is consistently great and the turnaround is fast. My go-to spot in Spring!

Great experience with Mason. Had the bike I wanted in the size I wanted so I went to check it out. Let me test ride a few different bikes but I knew I had to have the FX Sport SL 4 in white. Got a few accessories and there was a mix-up on the price that was corrected with an additional trip to the store, though they also sent a nice coupon so I had to make the trip anyways to get some pedals. I''ve got a closer Trek store but I'll still make the trek to this location.

I have been using this location for several years now. Mason and his staff do an incredible job! Whether its working on my kid's bikes, my wife's mountain bike, or my tri bike, they always provide top notch service! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and have a great selection of products. I came to this location to meet with Mason. I watched Mason with a couple of customers ahead of me. This guy is absolutely amazing in how he takes care of his customers. He took care of a kid who needed his bike adjusted. He helped a lady put her bike in her vehicle. You can tell that he really takes pride in his store. He took his time with me, I never felt rushed. It was a lot of fun! I’m looking forward to picking up my new bike soon!

Geoff, Mason, and Aaron are all absolutely fantastic! They've always treated me with respect and have been extremely helpful. I am also extremely grateful towards Geoff has time and again taken time to answer questions and explain any how to bike maintenance questions I've had myself which has been invaluable!! Even though it's not a Trek, I trust these guys to do good work on my Hightower! Thanks again to everyone there, I appreciate you more than I know how to express.
