Had an amazing experience at the Family PowerSports Austin Rider meetup! The meetup was extremely well organized, with great energy and a fantastic turnout of around 100 riders. I went with my friends and had a really great time connecting with fellow biking enthusiasts. The team did a wonderful job planning everything, from coordination to engagement activities. I love the team and service at Family Power Sports! I purchased my first ski from them in July, and could not of imagined a better experience! Top notch quality and variety of selection on the showroom floor, and an extensive certified-used section to choose from. They took their time with me, answering questions in detail, and helped made sure I found the right ski for me. Ohh, and the buying/approval process was a breeze! Literally cannot say enough great things about this dealership!!

It’s always great when you walk in a shop & you’re immediately made to feel like family. Nathan and Clinton did a wonderful job guiding us through our multi-bike purchases! Both departments were very knowledgeable, kind and ready to answer any questions I had. We will be returning as our children grow out of their bikes without a doubt.

I’ve bought several bikes from Chase and have had nothing but great experiences. The service department does solid work and I really appreciate the professionalism from everyone there.
