Trek Bicycle Southlake

Stopped in on a Saturday to browse bikes for our daughter. Corey was so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and personable and that alone sold us on a new bike for our kid. He showed us several models and we went with his recommendations. He customized her bike to fit her body, so she didn’t have to struggle using the hand brakes or anything. We are so very pleased with the service here and will recommend to anyone in the market for a new bike.

There was a great selection of all kinds of bikes. The staff helped me get the right bike for me. Unlike other bike shops, there was no pressure to make a purchase. I had to special order the bike I wanted because my size is usually not in stock. The whole process—from ordering to receiving—was very smooth. Everyone worked as a great team, and my experience with them was above and beyond.

I bought a Trek Madone at the Southlake shop. I can't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Corey walked me through the options, put me on some bikes for trial runs, and then fit me to the bike once it arrived from the manufacturer. He explained everything to me and even asked me to call him after my first ride, which I did. I highly recommend this bike shop to everyone from beginners to seasoned riders. Thank you, Corey!

Trek Southlake Texas location is the best Trek location I have found to deal with ! They are knowledgeable and very much so knowledgeable what they’re doing !!! I highly recommend this Store !!

This Trek Store was the best of several I have been to. It is a little out of the way for me, but well worth the trip. They figured what was wrong with my bike, fixed it and had me back on the Bike Trail quicker than ever. They also recognized that a prior repair at another store used the wrong part, so they did not charge me. I could not be happier. I will definitely look forward to seeing them in the future.
