I’ve been bike shopping for about 2 weeks now, trying to get back into the sport. I stopped by 2 weeks ago after work to see what they had. The owner greeted me, asked questions about why I wanted a bike and gave me some solid suggestions. While we were talking he offered me a test ride on a cool green Specialized mtb. No pressure the whole time and just trying to be helpful. While I ultimately bought a different bike from an online retailer that fit my needs a bit better, his willingness to ...

I walked in on 11/7/25 a little after 1pm wearing yoga pants and a Walmart t-shirt. The bell sounded. I looked around and since I didn't see anyone, I began looking for ebikes. This would be an incredible bike shop if it weren’t for most of the people that work there. The ones I met have zero customer service skills. In fact, they have no social skills. They are antisocial at best. Update: I've never entered BikeLand before opening. I recently took one of my Specialized bikes to the Trek store in the Woodlands. The Trek store is staffed by some of BikeLand's former employees when Jeff hired better people. They fixed my bike at no charge and did a great job.

Took my sons BMX bike in to get new parts on it and it took a little longer then expected, but in the end one of the employees paid the extra $25 to get the part shipped because the original company was out of stock or back ordered and then the store even threw in new peddles! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a shop that’s honest and reliable!

The staff were friendly, and I was happy to pay for the service—and even left a tip. The bike was not used after the repair; it was simply stored until 08/19/2025, when we were preparing to bring it to college. At that point, I noticed the tire pressure was slightly low, so I returned to your shop and was reassured that a small pressure drop was no...
