It is always a great feeling when you find your new local bike shop. I somehow had no clue these folks were here, but I'm thrilled to have found them! Aron and Eric are absolutely amazing! I brought my bike in to get some work done and Aron spent a good bit of time just geeking out over bikes with me and taught me some cool things. He was so pleasant to chat with that in 10 minutes I went from "I should buy a new bike soon!" to "I'm buying a bike from you guys today." Not only did they sel...

These are for a 99 GT Ultrabox Speed Series build with NOS components and zero blemishes. I figured I would take them to a “professional” and have them pull the bearing races so that I could convert them to sealed axles and not ruin them. Well…. Unfortunately the “professional” severely damaged the hubs. Huge gouges and deep unfixable clamp marks on both hubs. What was whoever worked on these things thinking?? This review is to express my displeasure and unprofessional experience with the lack of customer service skills from Erin. His behavior and reaction of getting loud and disrespectful towards me because of my dissatisfaction over an issue I had in regards to a missing reflector, reflects very badly towards Blur Cycleworks. I left highly disappointed, frustrated, and upset on how I was treated. The issue goes beyond about a missing reflector, it deals more with how a customer was treated from t...

This is a small Shop that will remain small. People say support small businesses, but the following is not something that would happen at a bigger chain shop: The owner (Eric) and bike tech took no responsibility or accountability for damaging my shoe to the point where they are now unusable. They told me they were ready after I texted them so I went to the location. They said they would do me a favor and replace a BOA dial system on my shoe that I was told Was under a BOA lifetime war...

I went to 4 bike shops and they all told me it would be 7+ days for a 3 minute fix. I should have went to the small local buisness first because as soon as I walked in, they immediately took the 3 minutes and fixed my bike. They could've made me wait in the queue but instead they earned a customer by taking a few minutes of their day and help me out. They will now be my bike shop.
