Amazing staff and great selection. We went in ready to buy 2 dirt bikes. We were welcomed by friendly faces and assisted by staff who genuinely wanted us to get the right bikes for what we would be using them for. Staff is not on commission, and they are all enthusiasts, so they just want you to get the bike that will make you happy. This is a great shop. I called to get a recommendation for some new tires for my EXCF 500, and they were super helpful. I brought my bike in a few days later, and they had the new tires on it within two hours. Everyone in the store was very friendly, and they offered to help me load it up once it was finished. The pricing was excellent, I’ll definitely be bringing my KTM back here for future service.

Haven't even bought a bike from them yet. But from my experience with their salespeople and everyone there at that shop I am blown away!! Great experience shooting the bull and comparing the ktm 890 adventure r to the Husqvarna norden 901. They let me get a feel for both bikes on test drives, and when the time comes I will be up there to purchase one of the two motorcycles. If you think you can find better customer service elsewhere than you're impossible to please.

I just purchased a new to me 2020 Ktm 690 smcr and immediately had issues with the clutch slave cylinder. I was able to get in within a few days and get this taken care of and get the oil changed and then noticed a new leak under my bike the next day. They got me in immediately and I had the owner of the shop Todd look at and fix my bike and he showed me what was going on and how I need a larger copper washer on the oil drain plug because the previous owner must have hit something with it and...
