I'm a newbie to the ebike world and was looking for a good quality commuter bike. So when my family and I came in the store, the owner took the time to give a tour and explain the specs of some of their bikes. He was very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward, which we appreciated. He even had some bikes I could take for a spin to try out before settling on a beautiful Aima Big Sur 2.0. The entire staff here was incredible!! Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of our questions and concerns thoughtfully, thoroughly, and without rush. We were able to test the bikes before purchasing and that was huge for us since we had already purchased a bike online that was too big, too heavy, and required assembly. The bikes here came unpacked, assembled, and ready to ride! We LOVE our Aima Big Sur e-Bikes!!

Jody and Amy did a great job of helping and supporting us during our organized bike ride. They were stocked with a wide range of tubes to support all bike needs. Sales staff and mechanic was helpful and knowledgeable.

these guys gave me the best service I’ve had on any vehicle I’ve ever owned. The throttle on my new E bike was cutting out so I brought the bike back in. They troubleshot and diagnosed the problem and Had it fixed all in the same day. top-notch professionalism, and all around good vibes.
