Needed a tune-up on an older Trek mountain bike and ended up here after comparing options locally. Seamless service, great communication, and zero upsell nonsense. They kept me informed on timing, did exactly what was needed, and didn’t try to sell me parts I didn’t need. Which was a refreshing change from my last visit to a certain other bike shop in Allen, where I was told I needed $450 in new front shocks—when what I actually needed was an air pump to re-inflate them. Funny how that works....

All I can say is wow! I have been needing a bike fit for a while now, and finally found they do fits so I called and they were able to get me right in. James the Store Mgr who did my fitting was absolutely amazing! He not only took extra time in just talking biking stuff, but also spent the detailed time of getting everything perfectly dialed in above and beyond. Excellent comfortably sized bike shop in old town McKinney. Could find exactly what I needed for a vintage bike rebuild when the larger bike stores did not seem to know what I was talking about and said they didn’t have it. Walked into Cadence—they pulled it out of the back—and was able to finish bike to ride Saturday. Also, very nice selection of bikes upstairs—fun to look at. I guess I will have to try their coffee next.

Nick is an amazing service guy. He knows how I like my bikes setup and he goes over and above to take care of my Pinarello and canyons bikes he treats my bikes like they are his own. James is also above and beyond service and management. He lends advice he knows so much about bikes they are amazing people so kind and supportive. This is a great resource to purchase and maintain your bikes

My wife's bike had been sitting in the garage for a while, and it needed some work. I took it up to Cadence, and Steve was there to help me out with everything I needed!
