I recently purchased a twitter gravel bike, which was shipped directly from the manufacturer in two boxes. I brought the bike in for assembly and to have my additional attachments added. Jeff was absolutely friendly and accommodating. He stopped what he was doing to work on my bicycle for the better part of an hour. Price was incredibly fair for what he did. He even put the bike in the back of my truck for me.
