doesn't even deserve one star -- Very dishonest owner. unfair to her past employees. deceived me out of my share of a resale on an eZip scooter saying she had too many repairs on it but i never saw any of those receipts. For months she failed to return any of my calls when i wanted to know how it was selling. She only called me when i left a message that i was in need of another scooter. poor customer service, dishonest person to do business with.

This shop offers some of the best variety and repair services on electric powered scooters and bikes anywhere. I've been to quite a few ebike shops all across the US and few carry so many brands or are willing to help repair older equipment. The owner and staff are friendly and will help you find the right product, place custom orders and and even let you do test rides around the parking lot! Definitely worth checking out :)

My sister’s bike has been at this place for 3 weeks. The lady from the shop (Anne i believe) told her it would be a week because her brother was at the hospital thus the week.
