From the test rides of multiple trikes to submitting paperwork to the VA was outstanding. When I picked up my new ICE Sprint X Tour I had individual attention for the final adjustments and a part by part walk through so I can make adjustments on my own. This was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing any type of bike ar trike.

What a great experience this morning! I am switching from a diamond frame (60+ years riding experience) to a trike (0 years experience) for several reasons. My 5 year old trike frame cracked, my local bike shop in Plano closed down so I gave these guys a try. They did a bang up job. The mechanic is a friendly knowledgeable guy and I loved the fact that he test drove my trike after the repair. Mechanics understand that a bike runs different with load than in the stand. I had them replace the front wheels (they were in rough shape) and it runs like a new trike. Excellent work!

I purchased an ICE VTX from here and it was an outstanding experience. John and his experienced staff go above and beyond to ensure your purchase is as close to perfection as possible and that you fit your new trike like a glove. This place is TOP notch and I don’t give it a second thought to drive 40 miles to get here.

I have purchased 4 trikes from a LBS here in Houston and none of the build qualities have even come close the build that Rhett built. The whole staff working the day I drove up to pick up my trike were very nice and accommodating. From now on all my trikes will come fro John’s trikes & Bikes, it is well worth the drive from Sugarland.
