Be careful with the price, there are hidden fees: building the bike, handling, documentation and delivery. At first I rated them 3 stars, but after speaking with Shaun, he really delivered. The delivery driver communicated excellently, was patient and kind. Yes! I had to call many times, but they were very responsive. Shaun, Sam and the team...thank you delivering my bike and for the experience. Much appreciated. Love my ⛑️....

SCAM ARTISTS. SHOULD BE ILLEGAL EHAT THEY DO. They patched stator cables with MASKING TAPE. Left screws OUT. Someone call the cops on them because this is horrible what they did to me. Greedy people who just want your money and lie left and right. Gave me an estimate of 85 to fix something charged me double when work was done. This was after trying to take my moped home after their initial estimate of 430$ I might as well have bought a new moped for that price. Mechanic left some screws ou...

We had a awesome customer service experience. The representatives were very nice and was very knowledgeable. We bought a 125cc ATV and will be back for a 250cc. We will 100% recommend DFW Scooter & ATVs to our friends and family. They have a HUGE selection of motorcyles, ATV's, UTV's for all ages.

I give them 5 stars. They delivered after 5pm as promised. They taught me everything about the scooter. Very satisfied with my cute scooter. I’ll come back for my next motorcycle for sure.

These guys are amazing!! I needed a new wheel on my scooter. Sam picked it up, repair it in one day, and delivered it back to me. Great service! Very honest!! Thank you!!
