Best bike shop! The staff are always helpful. They treat beginners with kindness and respect. Ask questions, no pressure, they just want you to have a good experience. That and good prices is why I bought my new Cervelo Soloist from them.

My husband and I purchased two Marlin 7 Gen 3 bicycles and accessories. Celso and Mike are both very knowledgeable and did a great job helping us find the perfect bikes and helmets for us. We picked out some accessories today, which were installed quickly. Very happy with our purchase!

Fantastic Online Retailer. I worked with Erin P and she went above and beyond to cater to my requests. I lived out of state and within 15 minutes of me calling, she took several outside photos of my bike so I could see the true color in outdoor lighting. This gave me a ton of peace of mind to know what I was going to get shipped to me. She also offered to speed up shipping speed without a charge to accomodate a race I had coming up soon. I'd definitely recommend this ship :)

Brought my sons bike in at 10 til 6 on Friday for a tire repair not realizing they closed at 6. I insisted to bring it back the next day and they said “no way, a kiddo has to have his bike first thing Saturday morning”. Incredible service and great staff. Will be going back for any of my bike needs. Thanks for putting customer service first!!

I recently took my Specialized in for some warranty work. Kelly and the team at Bike Mart went above and beyond to get me taken care of. They kept me up to date as they were waiting to hear back from Specialized and tried their best to get my bike back to me as quickly as possible. I would definitely bring my bike back to Bike Mart for service. They also have a nice selection of different bikes and parts, which seems like a rarity these days.
