Took my Trek Dual Sport 4 in for middle level service. Aaron mounted it on the counter bike mount and gauged the chain, checked the rear cassette, and check shifting and brake lever range. The staff was very friendly, informative and communicated with me with respect and efficiency. I had a rear wheel tube replacement and Level 1 service offering. My 5.6 mile ride to my home from the store was a pleasure. The ride was smooth, faster and much improved. I was even offered to join a weekly men's bike ride from the store, which I appreciated greatly.
