While we were in Angel Fire, my BIG SUR got a flat on a Sunday morning. Chris answered Mark’s call immediately, talked him through it step-by-step, and had us up and ready to go in no time! This is exactly why we bought from Chriss— his customer service doesn’t clock out! No 1-800 #, no press 2 for English… he’s always there when we need him! WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR BIG SUR’s and Chriss is the reason!!!

Bought a Big Sur model earlier in the year and have been loving it. Just got it tuned up and once again the customer service was outstanding from Chris. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking to buy or have an electric bike serviced.
