Excellent customer service and great experience! The staff was very attentive, patient, and helpful in guiding me to choose the right electric bike for my child. They explained everything clearly and made sure safety and quality were top priorities. My child loves the bike, and I’m very satisfied with the purchase. Highly recommend this store!

One word: Eric. He was the best salesman I’ve met in decades. He is enthusiastic, patient and shares his vast knowledge in the most approachable way. The selection of equipment made the choice hard (so many flavors) but it makes it so much easier to zero in on the right e-bike for me and my sister. She found Power ON online and we thank our lucky stars she did. The owners are super pleasant and professional and got us a great price.

I was looking at electric dirt bikes online and actually put in an order on one, then cancelled it when I saw this place on google maps. I figured it would be best to try them out in person, so I scheduled a free test ride at Power ON. I am glad I did. I brought the whole family to find what size dirt bike fit them best. I highly recommend Power On for an electric bike. Their customer service was excellent and honesty with warranty was a big plus as well. I was able to ask questions and was given time to think.
