I wanted to leave a very positive experience review. Came here to purchase a bike since they were the only ones who had the one I wanted in stock, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bike had to be built so I had to come back the next day and so I did, absolutely thrilled for my new bike! Wow, Just amazing service and advice from the guys at Trek Coppell! I can't recall the store managers name but superbly helpful, no quibble exchange when i originally purchased the wrong bike for me, Harry on sales, extremely knowledgable and beyond expectation regarding advice and advice, Jimmy on service & repair, just amazing. All retail outlets in any area of retail can learn a lot from these guys. Can't recommend enough!

Took my Fat Tire bike for a flat repair. The guys did an AWESOME JOB 👌 My repair was estimated at 80 bucs. I ONLY PAID 60 bucs 😉 They discounted it some and did extra work at no charge 😎 I've used them several times but this one was special 😀

We walked in and greeted with a friendly face. Matt assisted us and was very knowledgeable on helping me find the perfect cruiser. We added an old school basket and got it installed by Mrs. Nikki. She was very nice and did a fantastic job installing the basket. Thank you Trek family. Customer service here is phenomenal! I would definitely recommend.
