Amazing customer service. Staff was very communicative through the whole purchase and delivery process. Delivery arrived undamaged to rio rancho New Mexico earlier than expected. I'm very pleased with my purchase from Killer Motorsports, the bike's in great shape (Apollo DB -X18), fired right up first couple kicks. It had a couple very minor scratches which Killer is sending me replacement parts for. So I read the reviews AFTER placing my order, and was genuinely concerned. However, I ordered the fully assembled tbr7 and it was at my doorstep in 15 days, no issues or missing parts. Battery was basically dead so I threw it on the charger, and changed the oil in the meantime. Within an hour or 2 the battery was fully charged and I was on my way! I called with questions about certain colors and availability, and Jim was very helpful. Placed my order online and they were shipped out quite quickly, even with having them assembled for me. Received the first choice colors for each. ATV’s came damage free, and started right up once I added gas. Currently running great but only only have 3 hours on each.

It has been a pleasure dealing with killer motorsports. Our order was placed on October 7th and it was delivered via R+L carriers on October 15th, very impressive for traveling roughly 1200 miles. Communication was great throughout the process as well. Highly recommend killer motorsports and look forward to doing business in the near future.
