Didn’t purchase a bike this time because they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, but I have to say Mike, the Sales Manager, was outstanding—friendly, transparent, and genuinely helpful. Top-notch customer service is often missing in the powersports industry, but Mike absolutely gets it and knows how to treat people the right way. I’ll definitely be buying my next bike here.
