We are always helped quickly by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. My son is autistic and has tons of questions. They are very patient and helpful. I appreciate that they also service their products so I don't have to ship his electric bike to another city for repairs (which I have had to do in the past). Highly recommend!

Good mtb rental bike and helpful staff. They gave a lot of good advice on riding through Palo Duro Canyon and supplied the right gear for the ride.

Had a great experience coming here. I was greeted walking my bike in, called in an hour before to ask if I could get my pedals fixed/tightened and he said some on by. Turns out it was my bearings(tore up). Within 20 minutes they were replaced and I was riding smoother than ever before, also had them adjust my gears to run smoothly two months prior. GREAT kind caring people here! Also, AWESOME military/first responder discount!

The Staff is very Helpful and Friendly. I trust them fellas and their attention to detail. I purchased my TREK mountain bike from them around 2010. I love riding that thing. It's been my main source of getting exercise and shedding chub and getting fit.
