Off The Chain Bicycles

Bought a set of grips over a month ago and after finally getting to install them I found it was missing a clamp bolt, this was no issue! He was very nice and gave me another bolt and found the threads weren't cut right from the factory and he fixed it for me! 10/10 experience!

We wandered into this wonderful little shop recently. They had some really nice restored bikes and were very informative. It was a history lesson in a short visit.

I came in from about 8 hours away and suffered a bike rack failure on our drive that damaged my son’s bike and we lost his seat. Our ride was over before it started if we couldn’t replace it. Stopped at this shop and the staff was incredible. One employee literally sold me their personal seat post from their personal bicycle because they didn’t have one in stock that would fit my son’s Trek bike. They even helped me install it and disconnect the dropper mechanism just to get it out of the way...

Highly recommend. We were on a road trip and my daughter's bike got a flat at the campground. Stopped by unannounced and they took care of it right away - very pleasant and reasonably priced. Thank you!
