An excellent experience end to end!! Over the phone Casey helped me select the right e-bike to rent for my wife and I that would work for us and our car. Joel was super helpful outfitting and loading the bikes and making sure we understood how they worked. He was equally helpful on our return. The bikes were new with upgraded, comfortable seats. I took weeks of nonstop research and found that this was the best bike out there at this price point. I was torn between the Ride1Up Revv 1 and Escape’s Blaze Retro, but ended up going with the Blaze because honestly for roughly the same price you’re getting a much more powerful bike. Unfortunately The box arrived looking like it had rolled out of the back of the truck on the way to me. However, thankfully, the bike didn’t seem to be damaged in any way. I have tried to reach Joel by phone and by email numerous times and haven’t gotten any communication. Just recently the shop stopped taking phone calls! I don’t know what’s happening. It’s been over 40 days since I ordered my bike and I haven’t even gotten a shipping number. All I want is some info. I would even improve my rating if Joel or someone could tell me what’s going on. But so far the customer service has been really rough.
